Solution 1] Update all the drivers

Since we do not know which driver is corrupt and interfering, we would need to update all the drivers in the system. Here’s the procedure to update drivers in Windows 10. However, since it would be difficult to update all the drivers one by one, we could either use a third-party software for updating the drivers or the Automatic update utility on Intel’s download center.

1] Search for Control panel in the Windows search bar and open it.

2] Go to Recovery >> Open System Restore.

3] Run through the System Restore process. Choose the restore point and confirm it.

4] Restart the system and observe if the issue reoccurs.

Since the corrupt driver might result into missing files in the system, an SFC scan would be helpful. An SFC scan checks for missing or corrupt files in a system and replaces them if possible. Here’s the procedure for an SFC scan.

Solution 4] Update the BiOS

An obsolete BiOS could be reason behind the DRIVER_CORRUPTED_EXPOOL Error on Windows 10. Even if you update the drivers, it might not exactly resolve the issue in that case.

1] Press Win + R to open the Run window and type the command msinfo32. Press Enter to open the System Information page.
