Causes

The causes could be many but it basically points towards an issue with some hardware component. It could be due to faulty memory, dust on components, incompatible hardware or software, incompatible drivers, etc.

Preliminary steps

1] Uninstall and recently install suspicious software, especially freeware since they bring virus and malware along with themselves.

Solution 1] Update the drivers

1] Press Win + R to open the Run window and type the command devmgmt.msc. Press Enter to open the Device Manager.

If you think you are proficient enough to open the cabinet of your system, try cleaning the dust from the components and check if it helps. Clean the dust near the vent of the fan especially.
